It's OK

I woke up a little tense today

        But it’s OK, it’s OK.

I released my tension right away

        And I’m OK, I’m OK.

 

I was a little scared today

        But it’s OK, it’s OK.

I was courageous right away

        And I’m OK, I’m OK.

 

I was a little sad today

        But it’s OK, it’s OK.

I chose to smile again right away

        And I’m OK, I’m OK.

 

I was a little hurt today

        But it’s OK, it’s OK.

I forgave the people right away

        And I’m OK, I’m OK.

 

I was a little unconscious today

        But it’s OK, it’s OK.

I returned to Spirit right away

        And I’m OK, I’m OK.
